To use the Platform's services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information must match official identification documents. You may only create one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed and any winnings forfeited.
svp5 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policies to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You will be required to submit valid identification documents, which for Indonesian residents typically includes your Indonesian Identity Card (KTP). Additional documents such as proof of address or payment method verification may be requested. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. You agree to notify svp5 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. svp5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You must ensure that all information provided to svp5 remains accurate and current. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
svp5 accepts deposits via multiple Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers through BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section of your Account. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and meeting any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
svp5 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before requesting withdrawal. Suspicious account activity, including depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without placing bets, may result in Account suspension and investigation. svp5 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. If your account is not yet verified, your withdrawal will be held pending document submission and approval. To avoid delays, we recommend completing verification immediately after registration. Bank transfers outside of banking hours (typically 9:00-16:00 WIB Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next business day.

For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in bets before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting patterns designed solely to clear bonuses without genuine gaming activity, is strictly prohibited. svp5 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Bonus terms may vary by promotion and are subject to change. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are displayed at the time of the promotion. If there is any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, and other sports are subject to specific rules governing settlement, voided bets, postponements, and result disputes. Bets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules. Asian Handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to additional specific rules available in the sports betting section.
Casino games including slot machines (slot gacor), live dealer games, table games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Bingo are governed by their individual game rules. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages. Individual gaming sessions may vary significantly from published RTP. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including technical failures, incorrect odds, events being cancelled or postponed beyond reasonable timeframes, or at management discretion where market integrity is compromised. Voided bets are refunded to your Account Balance at the original stake amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, svp5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
svp5's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with pending wagering requirements on bonus funds may not be closed until requirements are met or bonus funds are forfeited.
svp5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, provided false information, or engaged in any activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any remaining Balance may be forfeited if termination is due to breach of these Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month. If your Account becomes inactive, you will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which svp5 is licensed to operate. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and svp5, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
svp5 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
